Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Requests within 21 days of order placement may be considered.

    • Not applicable if the seller has shipped the order.

    • Perishable items (flowers, food, etc.) cannot be cancelled but may be replaced/refunded if quality issues exist.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 21 days. Seller verification is required.

  • Warranty Products: Contact manufacturer for warranty claims.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.


Return Policy

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Conditions:

    1. Item unused and in original condition

    2. Original packaging intact

    3. Sale items may be ineligible

    4. Only defective/damaged items may be exchanged
